Nili is an expert in leadership and management in a world of disruption. For the past 30 years, she has been leading global organizations and senior executives in complex transformation processes, which are critical for business success in today’s fast, chaotic changing world.

She also leads NGG’s business development, marketing, PR and Global Business-Partner Network.
A savvy publicist, keynote speaker and commentator, Nili publishes articles in the economic media, alongside frequent television appearances and public speaking at professional conferences in Israel and abroad.
As part of her volunteering activities, she promotes various social agendas, including attentive capitalism, leadership ethics, diversity & inclusion, and gender-balance.
Nili holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) in History and Education Management, a master’s degree (MA Cum Laude) in Social Psychology and Business Administration and is a graduate of prestigious leadership programs in Israel and abroad. She’s a certified group facilitator, board director and interactive leadership facilitator, who has led professional workshops for the Deans of Harvard University.

She holds a 1st Dan black belt in Karate, practices yoga and meditates regularly, and has accumulated vast knowledge and certifications in a multitude of spiritual and ancient traditions. This includes Healing, Theta-healing, Buddhism, Shamanism, Channeling, Osho cards, Tarot, medicinal plants and more. She’s happily married to Avi-Roee, a proud mom to Hadas and Yair, and is grateful for life’s good moments and challenges.
