The last day at SuccessConnect was about road map & innovation & inspiration:

In terms of future developments, it seems that there are many developments in the field of machine learning – ‘Siri’ style, that will enhance user experience to preform quick and relevant actions according your needs.

In the learning module, there is a promise to develop more flexible and useful reports that will integrate with other modules data and will be based on B.O tool.

As part of the development of continuous  learning management process, there are efforts to develop a supporting tool: Learning Accomplishment. This will be an advanced feature of learning history that provides insights according to user interest and development plan.

In a more inspirational note, we met 3 leaders:

  • At the “Women in Leadership” luncheon , it was interesting to meet professional women from Pakistan, Denmark and Sweden, and to hear from Tamara Lohan, owner and CEO of Mr & Mrs Smith, about balancing parenting and career.
  • With Bill McDermott SAP CEO, it was all about the people and the courage to dare and give people ground to grow
  • And Sir Richard Brason came to share his approach to businesses and people. He is a great believer in people and he comes with receipts that show that this belief does lead to impressive results.

So to conclude the summit experience, it was great to meet people and to be exposed to the new SuccessFactors roadmap. In the end, it is all about the People!
