On November 21st we carried out our SEED AND SOIL summit for VIP customers. The summit was hosted by Nili Goldfein, EVP Business Development & Marketing at NGG. Nilima Bhat shared the Shakti Leadership model for new leaders in the new business arena. Dr Yvonne Sum, CSP spoke about the organizational culture that supports the new leaders. The audience was attentive and hungry for the discussions, and the level of engagement promised proactive implementation from those who participated wholeheartedly.
