Since founding NGG in 1994, Rami has been leading global organizations, executives and CEOs from business and public sectors in strategic, business and organizational transformation processes. His clients include organizations from financial, shipping, health and security industries, government and local authorities, and more.

An expert in his field, Rami publishes articles and holds interviews regularly in numerous economic medias and is a sought-after public speaker at professional conferences in Israel and abroad.

In addition to NGG, Rami founded Xioma Information Solutions and Xioma Automotive, and is also the author of the Age of Urgency. Based on his vast experience and expertise, his book offers insightful analyses on the radical changes in 21^st century global business world, and their effect on organizations, alongside innovative methods for corporate prosperity.

Rami holds a bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Industrial Engineering & Management and a master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration. During his military service, he commanded a vessel unit in the I.D.F Navy.

He enjoys travelling, movies, biographies and history books, and spending quality time with his wife, three kids and dog.
