Summary of a mentoring meetup held at the NGG offices. The meetup was led by Keren Cohn from Microsoft and Nili Goldfein from NGG

Following the big interest in the Mentoring conference in November 2016, we were asked to hold another meetup, an intimate one, in which can be asked questions regarding application and implementation.

We were gladly accepted, and last month we hosted in our offices an intimate meetup regarding Mentoring Processes.

In this meetup Keren Cohn from Microsoft introduced the Mentoring Project that NGG created together with Microsoft. Nili Goldfein from NGG, spoke about the changing of the work world (labor world) and the relation to talents in organizations that brought up the need for the Mentoring Project.

We hosted the training and HR managers of leading organizations, answered questions and contributed to each other tips and knowledge for different application regarding different organizational cultures.

Keren Cohn’s generosity with sharing the knowledge, and the colleagues’ openness  while participating the discussions contributed to a fascinating and efficient meetup . May there be more like them.

Thank you Keren for the investment, and thank you all the professional colleagues that showed up, from near and far, listened, asked insightful questions and contributed to the productive discussion.

See you in the next conference!
