Last week we conducted a successful learning session with TEVA about SAP Success Factors LMS implementation.
Representatives from different companies in a variety of industries joined us, and validated our understanding that learning, learning systems and learning experience are critical and are now taking center stage on HR agenda.
In the session we presented the SAP Success Factors solution and how it can transform learning in large organizations such as TEVA, whose learners are highly diverse in learning needs (with changing levels of technological literacy).
We presented a variety pack of learning solutions such as online learning, learning registration for F2F learning, evaluation quizzes, learning surveys and many more.
We discussed LMS integration with other systems such as employee data management systems (SAP, Hilan, etc.) and knowledge/learning distribution systems (Coursera, Lined.com, etc. that offer a wide range of online learning courses).
