Project: Educational Board Games for SodaStream around the World

Plug & play kits for implementing the key components for success: With these ready-to-use kits, teams can play, discuss, and learn independently as part of their routine team assemblies. The kits are fully equipped and include instructions for participants and guidelines for moderators.

Objectives:

• Re-educating employees and managers on how to implement the components for success, using engaging and meaningful methods

• Translating the essence of the components for success into clear and concrete actions

• Developing leadership by encouraging an ethical dialogue between managers and employees

Target Audience:

Company-wide managers and employees

Organizational Process:

• Distributing kits to sites around the world

• Briefing HR personnel as moderators (and not as leaders – managers will take the lead)

• Incorporating the games into routine team meetings

• Using the games with new recruits or revisiting them periodically with existing personnel NGG Development

• Six individually packaged games

• Game pieces and tools

• Instructions for participants

• Guidelines for moderators
