In the second half of 2016 we held a series of professional conferences, focusing on a global orientation. The conferences were led by Ms. Nili Goldfein, Mr. Eran Winder and Ms. Adi Birman-Firrer who are leading the company’s global operations. We also hosted NGG’s business partners from around the world.

This year we have dealt with:

1. Leadership & managerial training programs in a globalized world
2. Advanced concepts with customer relationship management, as well as improving engine performance
3. Mentoring as a tool for development and talent retention (and promotion)

The 3 summits were held in cooperation with leading global companies:

1. Stratasys
2. ZIM
3. Microsoft

We were pleased to host guest speakers from Germany, Denmark, Singapore and Israel. Thanks to everyone who took part in our summits, thanks to all who came, participated, asked and showed interest.
